The Exec Team

Clive Collingswood

Where to start with Clive. As Founder and CEO, without Clive, there’s no Owen Wilson FACTory; and furthermore, some would say, without the FACTory, there’d be no Clive. He is the oxygen that circulates our global offices; the blood that pumps throughout each and every FACTory employee; and the matter that makes everything, well, matter.

Santiago Morales

With the undertaking of our first physical book, we immediately knew one thing; none of us had any idea how to make a book! Thankfully, Santiago does. As our Head of Publishing, Santiago will lead a brand new division at the FACTory and much like Frank, is tasked with a singular goal in mind; Create a New York Times bestseller by 2032.

Joel Humphries

Joel is our digital strategist, and the person who brought the Owen Wilson FACTory online. In the early years of the FACTory, we survived through more primitive means of communication. Direct mail, phone calls, and even just shouting at people as they walked down the street. Needless to say, we’ve come quite a ways since then. Fun fact about Joel, he once had at least four knives!

Frank Bixby

Say hello to Frank! As the newest member of our team, Frank has been charged with one thing and one thing only; growth. We’ve built a loyal and fierce group of FACTorians, but now we want more. Our goal is to have more daily active users (DAU) than Facebook by Q4 of 2028, and with Frank at the helm, there’s nothing we can’t do.

Joseph Danberry

After a far reaching search that extended from one side of the United States, all the way to the other side, we found Joseph. Joseph steps in at a critical time for the FACTory, and with immediate effect will become the Lead Writer. In this role, Joseph will oversee all written content. From the daily facts, to the monthly newsletter, and even to the words on this page. Yes, Joseph is indeed writing his own description (hey!). Give a hearty welcome to Joseph (me)!
